How it works?
1. Join us
Would you like to become a user of LRM System? Set up an account. Fill out the registration form, accept the Terms of Service and make the initial payment (20 PLN). Then, click on the verification link which you will receive by email. You will receive a text message and, separately, an email from us with a PIN number to your account. That’s it; you may now start using the system of Luboński Rower Miejski.
You may carry out registration through the website, mobile application, at the station by the terminal or through our Customer Centre, open 24/7, at 61 635 01 11.
2. Rent a bike
Renting bikes is possible by means of:
- Mobile Application,
- terminal (including with the use of RFID reader)
- or by calling our hotline.
Within the mobile application: scan the QR code on the bike or select the tab called MENU -> RENT A BIKE, enter your bike number and then press RENT A BIKE.
On the terminal, press RENTAL/RETURN Then, indicate your mobile telephone number and PIN number or place a RFID card which has been paired up with the account on the reader within the terminal ( how to connect User Account with a RFID contactless ). Next, follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
3. Return a bike
You don’t even have to approach the terminal. All it takes is to place the bike within the electric lock at a station. Don’t worry – double sound signal will confirm a correct return.
If there is no free spot at a given station, connect your bike by means of a digital lock to the ear of any stand or any other bike and shuffle the digits. Then, approach the terminal, press RENTAL/RETURN and proceed in line with the instructions displayed on the screen or complete your return via mobile application.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. SRU System is compatible with other Nextbike systems, which means that setting up an account in one of the systems enables the use of bike rental stations in other cities, provided that these systems allows for such a possibility.
Yes, as long as they are above 13 years of age and their parent or legal guardian grants consent for this. Such consent must be scanned and sent in an electronic/hardcopy format to the address of the operator. Sample consent is available in the TERMS OF SERVICE tab. During registration, details of the minor who will be using the system must be indicated.
No. Within SRU System one telephone number enables registration of one User.

Once the payment is recorded by us, your account will be activated and you will be able to use urban bikes.
You may carry out registration also by means of our application, terminal or by calling our Customer Centre, available 24/7, at 85 733 91 91.
If you’re having difficulties with renting a SRU bike, please contact our Customer Centre, open 24/7, at 85 733 91 91.
You may rent a bike from SRU stations. You can check if a given bike is available by scanning its QR code.
Locations of SRU stations may be found on the website, within the MAP OF STATIONS tab as well as in our mobile application.
Standard bike may also be rented and returned at BiKeR system stations in Bialystok.
Bikes may be rented in one of the following ways:
– through mobile application: scan QR code on the bike and select the tab called
MENU -> RENT A BIKE, enter your bike number and then press RENT A BIKE.
– via the terminal (including with the use of RFID reader) – press RENT. Next, enter the mobile telephone number and the PIN code or place a paired up with your account RFID card on the reader at the terminal. Then, follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
The bike will be automatically released from the electric lock. If the bike is secured with a rope, its digital lock may be unblocked by means of a 4-digit code. This code may be obtained from the mobile application, from the terminal (if you are renting your bike from the terminal) and from the hotline.
In case of experiencing difficulties with returning the SRU bike please contact our Customer Centre, open 24/7, at 85 733 91 91.
Bikes may be returned to one of the stations. Locations of SRU stations may be found on the website, within the MAP OF STATIONS tab as well as in our mobile application.

Would you like to return your bike?
All it takes is to place it within a free electric lock at a station. Double sound signal confirms its correct return.
If there are no free stands at a given station, connect your bike with a digital lock to the ear of any stand or to another bike and shuffle the digits. Then, approach the terminal, press RETURN and proceed in line with the instructions displayed on the screen or conduct your bike return via mobile application.

Remember! Before you terminate the contract, make sure your account has a balance equal to 0 PLN.
If you have unused means on the account, indicate a bank account number to which they are to be refunded.
You may submit an instruction of data change:
– after logging in on the website in the tab USER SETTINGS
– in our mobile application, after selecting the option MY ACCOUNT -> USER DATA
– via email at the address: [email protected]
You can top up your account after logging in to our mobile application or website and selecting the tab MENU -> PAYMENT. Available methods of payment include, among others, payment card, bank transfer or BLIK.
You can check your account balance on the website – it will appear as the first information you see after logging in.
Are you using our mobile application? You can check your account balance in the tab MY ACCOUNT.
Did you forget your PIN code? Select option LOG IN on the website and then click on I FORGOT PIN; a new PIN number will be sent to you via a text message.
Are you using our mobile application? Select remind the pin REMIND PIN. You will receive a new PIN code for logging in on the telephone number assigned to your account.
In case of lack of possibility of using the above indicated methods, contact our Customer Centre, open 24/7, at 85 733 91 91.
In case when during rental of a bike an accident or collision occurs, write a statement and/or call the Police to the site. Moreover, remember to inform our Customer Centre, open 24/7, by calling us at 85 733 91 91, within the maximum time of up to 24 hours from the incident.
Your rented bike has been stolen? You need to inform our Consultant immediately, by contacting our 24/7 Customer Centre at 85 733 91 91.
Information containing the bike number and your description of the defect should be passed on by means of our mobile application, contact form or by calling our 24/7 Customer Centre at 85 733 91 91. Our maintenance team will remove the defect as soon as possible and your submission will help us act faster!
